Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Stirling
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full Time · Permanent
About the Role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play an essential role in progressing residential property transactions from instruction to completion. Working closely with fee earners, reporting to the conveyancing partner, you'll manage your own files under supervision and ensure clients receive a smooth, efficient and high‑quality service throughout their transaction.
Key Responsibilities
Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with appropriate supervision
Handling all aspects of transactions including missives, title checks, searches, LBTT/submission of registrations and completion formalities
Drafting legal documentation such as dispositions, standard securities and missives
Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and estate agents in a professional and timely manner
Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
Providing broader administrative and legal support to fee earners and the wider department
About You
Experience in a conveyancing paralegal role (residential property experience essential)
Strong drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail
Able to manage competing deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy
Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with clients and third parties
Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation
A team‑player with a proactive, calm and solutions‑focused approach
