Site Manager – Office Fit Out (Cat B) 📍 Stockport 📅 Duration: 12 Weeks 💼 Contract / Freelance We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 12-week Cat B office fit-out project in Stockport, covering 3 floors of a commercial building. Key Responsibilities * Full site management of a multi-floor Cat B office fit-out * Overseeing day-to-day site operations and programme delivery * Managing subcontractors and trades on site * Ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard * Maintaining strict Health & Safety compliance * Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings * Coordinating with project managers, clients, and stakeholders * Managing RAMS and site documentation * Monitoring quality control and snagging Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager on office fit-out projects (Cat B essential) * Experience managing multi-floor commercial projects * Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage programmes and drive progress * Excellent attention to detail and quality What’s on Offer * 12-week contract * Competitive day rate (DOE) * Immediate start available
