Fall Protection / Height Safety Engineer Location: Rochester – Covering London & South East Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + Overtime + Company Van Contract: Full Time, Permanent The Opportunity A well-established, family-owned height safety specialist is recruiting an experienced Fall Protection Engineer to join their team based in Rochester. Supporting commercial and high-profile sites across London and the South East, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected business offering stable long-term work, minimal nights away, and genuine support for its engineers. What’s on offer: * Up to £45,000 basic salary, depending on experience * 38.5-hour week, including paid lunch * Overtime: time and a half (Monday to Saturday), double time (Sunday) * Mostly London & South East work – minimal working away & no building site work Benefits: * 31 days holiday, increasing with service * Company van, fuel card and credit card * Mobile phone and tablet * Full PPE provided * Company pension * BUPA cash plan and Employee Assistance Programme * Ongoing training and development The role: * Install, inspect, test and maintain fall protection systems * Work on lifelines, anchors, guardrails and height safety systems * Carry out inspections and remedial works * Complete all relevant paperwork accurately * Deliver a high standard of customer service on-site * Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with industry standards What they’re looking for: * Proven hands-on experience within fall protection or height safety * Strong knowledge of BS 7883 * Comfortable working at height * Reliable, organised and professional * Full UK driving licence * Must be able to commute to Rochester
