Business Development Executive – Facilities Management Location: Warrington (Northwest Coverage) We are recruiting on behalf of our Facilities Management client for a commercially driven Business Development Executive to support continued growth across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive – Facilities Management professional to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering both hard and soft FM services. The Role As a Business Development Executive , you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the expansion of FM service lines. Based from Warrington with regional and national travel, this role is key to driving revenue and long-term partnerships.
