Once fully trained, the role will form part of the on-call rota for emergency calls out of core hours and at weekends. Maintenance and repair of all building fabric, boiler maintenance, electrical works including fault finding and repair. Compliance with all company QHSE standards as a priority. Supervision/interaction with contractors. Daily meter readings and security checks. Update and adhere to the PPM schedule. What we're looking for: Electrically qualified (Minimum City & Guilds) with proven electrical maintenance experience. Must be able and willing to respond to callouts within the 30 minute contractual deadline. Basic plumbing skills and exposure to commercial building maintenance. City and Guilds 2391 (previously 2394 &2395) Inspection and testing Qualification. Strong knowledge of Health and Safety / IOSH Managing Safety.What's next?
