Estimator

GVR Solutions are working with a specialist joinery fit-out contractor based in Epping who are looking to appoint an experienced Joinery Estimator to support their continued growth. Our client delivers high-quality bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects across a range of sectors and has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship and attention to detail. Responsibilities of the Estimator: * Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for bespoke joinery and fit-out projects * Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation * Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the tender process * Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations * Managing multiple tenders and working to deadlines Requirements of the Estimator: * Proven experience in joinery estimating, ideally within fit-out or bespoke joinery * Strong technical understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and installation * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications * Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills * Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office If you are interested in the Estimator role then please get in touch
