Their services are designed to address complex health and social needs, enabling individuals to make positive, long-lasting changes for themselves and their families. The Role – Key Responsibilities As a Outreach Worker, your duties will include: Outreach wihtin the community, trying to speak the hardest to reach service users Engage with individuals in community settings and build trusting relationships Provide harm reduction advice and support, including overdose awareness (e.g. use of Naloxone) Carry out basic assessments of need and risk Support access to treatment, healthcare, housing, and other services Offer practical and emotional support in a non-judgemental way Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: Previous experience within the Substance Misuse or Recovery field Strong understanding of drug and alcohol-related issues Experience in key working, care planning, and caseload management Ability to engage individuals with complex needs Excellent communication and motivational skills Enhanced DBS Benefits of Joining Service Care Solutions Dedicated consultant support Weekly pay Full compliance assistance Access to a wide range of temporary and permanent roles Loyalty bonus schemes If you are interested in this role then please apply via the link or by sending your CV to (url removed)
