About the role

Executive Assistant £35,000 - £40K DOE Manchester City Centre Great Benefits My client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their company providing secretarial and administrative support to Senior Partner & Directors. This role will inlcude managing complex diaries, contact with high level clients and organisation of all correspondence. Key Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant job will include: * Responsible for coordinating multiple complex diaries * Organise national and international travel * Act as first point of contact for clients * Arrange and attend meetings * Producing documents including board papers, correspondence and presentations * Co-ordinate and project manage events * Full PA support * Completion and submission of expense claims * Screening calls * Maintaining office systems including management of office consumables * Managing email boxes Key Skills required for the Executive Assistant job will include; * Solid background as an EA / PA preferably within the Professional Services industry at a Senior Level * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Superb organisational skills * Competent with MS Office suite * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines PA | £35 - £40K | Manchester City Centre | Excellent Benefits Please note - due to the number of applications we receive we are only able to contact those candidates that are successfully shortlisted for the position.
