£65,000 £75,000 + Package (DOE)
Were working with a well-established building services contractor delivering multiple projects across London and surrounding areas, and are looking to appoint Electrical Site Managers on a permanent basis.
Projects are primarily within the education sector (schools) and are spread across Enfield, Harlow, Stansted, and Heathrow, offering a range of locations across London and the surrounding counties.
This is a great opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work and long-term progression.
Youll take full responsibility for managing electrical works on site, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day electrical site operations
Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
Ensure works are delivered to programme and budget
Oversee health & safety, RAMS, and compliance
Liaise with main contractors, clients, and stakeholders
Review drawings and manage technical queries
Drive quality, commissioning readiness, and handover
About You
Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor
Background in building services / MEP projects
Experience xwzovoh on commercial or education projects (schools ideal)
Strong H&S and site delivery knowledge
Good leadership and communication skills
Stable work history preferred
