The Role Youll be working in a precision CNC environment producing complex components for both R&D and production. Set, edit and operate 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC machines
Work with Heidenheim and Fanuc controls
Prove out new programs, tooling, and fixtures
Make offsets and machining adjustments to optimise performance
Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Carry out inspection using gauges and review CMM data
Support process development and tooling improvements
Work closely with engineering to refine machining methods
Apply problem-solving techniques to improve output and quality
What Were Looking For Strong background in multi-axis CNC machining (3/4/5 axis)
Experience with Fanuc and/or Heidenheim controls
Confident in program editing, setup, and prove-out
Able to work from detailed engineering drawings
Experience with inspection and quality control processes
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
Understanding of lean manufacturing / 6S principles
Nice to Have Milling experience
Exposure to R&D, prototype or low-volume manufacturing
Experience creating process documentation xwzovoh or work instructions
Continuous improvement / process optimisation experience
