About the Role
We are currently seeking an experiencedCarpenter Multi Tradeto join a long-term social housing contract covering Basingstoke and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-employed professional looking for consistent work, competitive rates, and stability.
Carpenter Multi Trade Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out a wide range of carpentry tasks, particularly in kitchen and bathroom fitting
• Completing basic plumbing works
• Laying various types of flooring
• Painting, decorating, and general maintenance duties
• Working across both tenanted and void properties

Carpenter Multi Trade Requirements

• Experiencedin a similar Multi Trade/Carpentry role
• Experience working withinsocial housingenvironments
• Proven ability to work in both void and tenanted xwzovoh properties
• Own tool
