Job Title: Community OT (Band 6) Specialism: Community Stroke Rehabilitation Agency: Trident Healthcare Solutions Location: Hull & East Riding (with travel across sites & patient homes) Contract Type: Locum Duration: ASAP for a Minimum of 2 Months Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am–4pm Job Description Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist to join a community stroke rehabilitation service covering Hull and East Riding. The successful candidate will manage a caseload and provide high-quality care across multiple community sites and patient homes. A car and driving license are essential for this role. Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to stroke patients in the community • Manage and prioritise a varied caseload effectively • Provide support and rehabilitation tailored to individual patient needs • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team • Utilise SystmOne (desirable) for clinical record-keeping Skills and Experience Required • Degree-qualified Occupational Therapist with post-graduate experience (3+ years preferred) • Experience in community stroke rehabilitation • Strong caseload management and clinical reasoning skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Essential Requirements • Previous NHS experience • HCPC registration • Car driver with access to own vehicle (essential) • Willingness to cover Hull & East Riding areas Benefits of Working with Trident Healthcare Solutions • Competitive locum rates • Dedicated consultant support • Fast-track compliance • Access to further locum opportunities across the UK How to Apply Please submit your CV to apply.
