We are working with a well-established fashion supplier based in London who are looking for an experienced Senior Womenswear Account Manager to join their growing team.

This role requires previous experience working on the supply side , with exposure to both long and short lead times .

You will be responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts, while also identifying and on boarding new business opportunities.
The role covers a broad womenswear product area including softs, jersey, and soft tailoring, working closely with internal teams and international manufacturing partners to deliver successful collections.
Main responsibilities will include: Taking ownership of major womenswear accounts and developing strategies to exceed sales targets Building and maintaining strong, commercially successful relationships with retail buyers Negotiating contracts and leading seasonal range presentations with confidence and expertise Identifying and winning new business opportunities to grow market share Delivering accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior leadership Person Specification: Proven track record in a similar senior xwzovoh account management role within a womenswear supplier Strong supply-side experience, including both long and short lead production Background in Buying is advantageous but not essential Experience managing large-volume, high street or supermarket accounts Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and spot growth opportunities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confident, proactive, and able to work autonomously with a positive, driven mindset
