This well-established UK engineering company designs and builds bespoke electrical control and automation systems for industrial applications.

Supplying into manufacturing, process, and infrastructure sectors, they deliver high-quality control panels incorporating PLCs, motor control, and automation technology.

Projects range from one-off builds to complex, multi-panel systems supporting large-scale operations.

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of electrical control panel projects, producing detailed schematics and documentation using EPLAN Electric P8 while ensuring full compliance with customer and industry standards.

You will take ownership across the project lifecycle, from concept through to testing and commissioning, designing circuits, liaising closely with workshop teams to support builds, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects through to successful completion.

This role would suit a Design Engineer with control panel and EPLAN Electric P8 experience, looking to act as the go-to technical expert within a tight-knit team working on bespoke projects.
