We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bodyshop Panel Beater to join our busy repair centre in Gatwick. This is a great opportunity for a Panel Beater dedicated professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality Panel Beater body repairs and working as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Of a Panel Beater: * Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels using approved techniques * Carry out panel straightening, filling, and alignment work * Use specialist bodyshop tools and equipment to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition * Work closely with MET Technicians and Paint Sprayers to ensure smooth workflow * Identify additional damage and report findings accurately * Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards Requirements of a Panel Beater: * Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop environment * Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and materials * Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines * Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship * Relevant qualifications or certifications (preferred but not essential) What We Offer For a Panel Beater: * Competitive salary between £45,000 – £55,000 * Supportive team environment * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Modern workshop with the latest equipment If you are a motivated Panel Beater looking for your next opportunity in Gatwick, we would love to hear from you
