• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle
• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise or internal business applications
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices
• Experience analysing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Ability to design, develop, test, and debug applications
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Understanding of secure coding practices and modern development standards
• Ability to support automation and process improvements within IT environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with service management or DevOps processes
