The business supports clients from acquisition through to delivery and ongoing asset management, with a strong reputation for quality, technical expertise, and client-focused solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join their London team. This is a great opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio within a collaborative environment, offering exposure to both professional services and project delivery. You will be working across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and leisure, supporting a varied client base on both refurbishment and new build schemes. Responsibilities: Undertake condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and technical due diligence Deliver pre-acquisition surveys and detailed reporting Provide dilapidations advice acting for both landlord and tenant Act as Contract Administrator / Employer’s Agent Manage refurbishment and construction projects from inception to completion Prepare specifications, tender documentation, and oversee works on site Undertake party wall matters and statutory compliance duties Support fund monitoring and risk management activities Build and maintain strong client relationships Requirements: MRICS qualified (essential) Experience within a building consultancy environment Contact or apply to (url removed)
