My amazing client, a luxury country club and wellness destination in Surrey, is in search of an energetic and forward-thinking Health & Wellness Manager. This property is extremely member-focused with extensive leisure, fitness, wellness and spa facilities alongside a busy guest offering.
The role is heavily focused around the health club, gym and overall wellness experience, whilst also overseeing elements of the spa and treatment operation. The client is looking for someone passionate about modern wellbeing, recovery, fitness and creating an exceptional member journey within a highly interactive environment.
Reporting into senior leadership, as Health & Wellness Manager you will oversee both gym and spa operations, supporting department managers whilst leading wider fitness, therapy and reception teams.
This is a very hands-on role requiring a commercially aware and highly engaging leader who can drive both member experience and revenue performance across treatments, retail, wellness initiatives and fitness offerings. The business is looking to further elevate and modernise its wellness experience, creating a seamless blend between fitness, recovery and relaxation.
