Controls and Automation Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Controls & Automation Engineer to join a large-scale, 24/7 production environment. Youll play a vital role in maintaining and developing site-wide control systems to ensure smooth operations and minimise downtime.

In this role, you will:
Lead troubleshooting of complex control system issues.
Manage and deliver multiple automation and electrical projects.
Maintain and update control system drawings and documentation.
Support capital projects and drive improvements in processes and equipment.
Work closely with stakeholders, contractors and technicians to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior engineers and apprentices.

Were seeking candidates with:
Strong electrical and instrumentation knowledge.
Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs and SCADA systems.
PLC programming skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
The ability to manage projects and stakeholders effectively.
