Client Partner / Account Director Telecom (CX, CCaaS, Digital Transformation) We are hiring a Client Partner / Account Director to lead strategic telecom accounts, driving account growth, customer experience (CX) transformation, and contact centre (CCaaS) solutions within a leading global IT services environment.

This is a senior account management / farming role, focused on expanding existing telecom accounts, increasing wallet share, and building long-term CXO-level relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Own and grow strategic telecom accounts (multi-million revenue) Drive account expansion, cross-sell and up-sell across CX, CCaaS, BPO, and digital transformation Lead client relationships with CXO stakeholders, procurement, and operations leaders Support large deals, bids, and contract renewals Deliver thought leadership across contact centre transformation, AI, automation, and customer experience Collaborate with delivery, cloud, and platform teams (AWS, Azure, Genesys, NICE) Key Requirements: Strong experience in telecom / telecommunications accounts Proven success in account growth, farming, and revenue ownership Experience xwzovoh with contact centre, CCaaS, CX, or BPO environments Exposure to digital transformation, AI, or automation solutions Ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive strategic conversations This is a high-impact role offering ownership of strategic accounts and the opportunity to shape AI-led customer experience transformation at scale.
