About the Role
As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging, creative and well-structured lessons
Support pupils through the EYFS to Key Stage 1 transition
Create a warm, structured classroom environment that promotes independence
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive teaching team

What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience within EYFS, Year 1 or Key Stage 1
A warm, patient and enthusiastic teaching approach
Good understanding of phonics and early reading strategies
A positive, flexible attitude and commitment to pupil progress
