Job Title: Fire Door Installer (BM Trada or FIRA Qualified) Location: Bristol Rate: £250 - £300 per day Contract Type: Long-term contract (minimum 2 years) About the Role: We are seeking a BM Trada or FIRA qualified Fire Door Installer to join a newly established in-house fire safety team in Bristol. This is a long-term contract opportunity, with a minimum duration of 2 years, as the client builds their dedicated fire safety capability. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and inspection of fire doors to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards. Your expertise will be critical in supporting the team’s mission to enhance fire safety across their properties. Key Responsibilities: * Install, maintain, and inspect fire doors in accordance with BM Trada or FIRA standards. * Ensure all work meets fire safety regulations and industry best practices. * Collaborate with the in-house fire safety team to deliver high-quality fire safety solutions. * Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and maintenance activities. * Provide expert advice and guidance on fire door compliance and safety. Requirements: * BM Trada or FIRA qualification in fire door installation (essential). * Proven experience in fire door installation, maintenance, and inspection. * Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Commitment to delivering high-quality work and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
