Ground Installation Operative

CNC Recruitment are currently recruiting for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our clients team as Grounds Installation Operatives. This is a hands-on role working on a variety of sites including golf courses and football grounds, involving physical outdoor work and regular travel. Salary: £15.50 per hour
Contract: Temp - Perm

Working Hours & Travel

• Monday to Friday, travelling to sites weekly
• Depart Monday morning (6:30am meeting point in Ilton), returning Friday
• Typical working hours: 6:00am 6:00pm (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Installing underground piping systems
• Carrying out general groundworks, including digging and site preparation
• Operating machinery where required (training provided)
• Working as part of a team on various sites
• Handling physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting

Requirements

• Strong work ethic (grafter mentality)
• Ability to work away from home during the week
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Driving licence preferred but not essential
• Digger ticket and/or FLT licence xwzovoh desirable (not essential)
• No CSCS card required
