Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Bank, London- £46,000 CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Bank, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £46,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression. In return, my client is offering a very competitive package including: A basic salary of up to £46,000 Plenty of overtime  25 days holiday plus bank holiday Company Pension Scheme Excellent career progression opportunitiesHours of work Monday to Friday –07:00 am to 16:00 pm / 09:00 am - 18:00 pmKey Duties & Responsibilities Monitor mechanical plant Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc Monitor the BMS systems.
