Production Operative

Pay: £12.71 per hour Job Title: Production OperativeHours: 08:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday/1 hour break/half hour unpaid Contract Length: temp to perm / ogoing Location: Gedney Hill - transport is a must /no public transport to this site Recruit Mint is partnering with a well-established company looking for Production Operatives to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work sociable hours, Monday to Friday, with overtime available in busy periods. Full training is provided. Your Role as a Production Operative: ✔ Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment ✔ Ensure products meet the required quality standards ✔ Read and follow job sheets to select the correct components for production ✔ Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working at speed ✔ Inspect products and make necessary corrections ✔ Follow all Health & Safety regulations What We’re Looking For: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Organised and able to manage time effectively Benefits: On-site parking, full training provided
