What youll be doing
Delivering an exceptional in-store experience for every customer
Selling premium fitness equipment in person, over the phone and via Live Chat
Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
Demonstrating equipment and explaining product features and apps
Working 30 hours per week (ThursSun, including Bank Holidays), with overtime available to cover holidays and sickness
What youll bring
A confident, proactive approach to customer interaction
Previous sales experience (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and numeracy skills
The ability to upsell, cross-sell and guide customers through the full sales journey
Motivation to hit targets and earn monthly bonuses
A genuine interest in fitness and helping people choose the right equipment
