What Youll Be Doing: Installing, commissioning, and demonstrating industry-leading machinery Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs (planned and reactive) Delivering excellent customer support on-site and remotely Managing service records, reports, and customer updates Planning and coordinating service visits efficiently Continuously learning new products and technologies What Were Looking For: You dont need to know everythingwere more interested in your attitude and potential.
Youll likely have: Experience in a technical or electro-mechanical role (print, embroidery, sewing, or similar industries are a bonus) A practical, problem-solving mindset Strong customer service and communication skills Basic IT skills (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.) Good organisation and the ability to work independently What Youll Get: £28,000 £30,000 salary (depending on experience) Company vehicle Clear progression opportunities as we grow Pension scheme Full training on specialist equipment Supportive, family-run business culture The Lifestyle: This is a field-based role , travelling across the UKperfect if you enjoy variety, independence, and being out on the road rather than stuck behind a desk.
