HGV Class 2 Multi-Drop Driver – West Bromwich People Solutions are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our client's growing transport operation in West Bromwich and the surrounding areas.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as an LGV Class 2 Driver , Category C Driver or Lorry Driver .

Shift Pattern: • Working days :06:30 starts • 10 – 12 hour shifts Pay Rate: • £15.00 per hour Benefits: Your benefits as a HGV Class 2 Driver are: • Excellent hourly rates (PAYE – holidays accrued separately) • Ongoing work with full training and support • Weekly pay • Immediate starts available • Company discounts after qualifying period • Staff canteen and free site parking • Employee well-being programme Day-to-Day Duties: Your duties as a HGV Class 2 Driver will be: • Safely operate and drive Category C vehicles to and from delivery locations • Multi-drop store deliveries (maximum 8 drops) • Complete loading and unloading tasks with care and accuracy • Use of a tail lift • Use of a powered pump truck (on and off the vehicle) • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects to management • Adhere to all traffic laws and road safety regulations • Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site staff Essential Skills: The skills required to be a HGV Class 2 Driver are: • Valid UK Category C Licence • Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card • No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD, CD codes) • Reliable, professional, and punctual • Good communication and customer service skills • Understanding of road safety and compliance • Ability to complete multi-drop deliveries Desirable xwzovoh Experience: • Previous commercial or multi-drop delivery experience • Good customer interaction and service skills Training: • Full industry-related training provided • Ongoing support and development throughout your assignment Apply Now: If you're ready to join a respected logistics business offering strong pay, flexibility, and genuine opportunities for growth, apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team for more information.
