Manage and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other enquiries from clients, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Help draft and send out legal correspondence, including letters, emails, and official documents.
Coordinate with legal staff to ensure client communications are handled efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate closely with other administrative staff and legal professionals to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive work environment.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus.
Your normal working hours will be 34.5 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday.
You will work 7 hours per day Monday to Thursday and 6.5 hours on Fridays. Your working hours will fall between 8:45am and 7:00pm Monday to Thursday, and between 8:45am and 5:30pm on Fridays, in accordance with the Firm’s shift rota arrangements.
Shift patterns will be determined by the Firm in line with operational and business requirements.
Hybrid Working:
To begin with, the successful candidate will be based in our Glasgow office full time for a maximum of 8 weeks for training. Once training is complete, the applicant may be eligible for hybrid working if preferred and would be allowed to work from home two days per week (subject to business/training needs).
