Class 1 HGV Drivers wanted! Role Overview: Driver Hire Lincoln is recruiting professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to support general haulage operations for a client based in Horncastle. This is a long term on going position. Position: HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver Location: Horncastle, Lincolnshire Start Date: Immediate Employment Type: Long term - on going Pay: * £15.75 per hour (first 8 hours) * £21 per hour (overtime after 8 hours) * Weekly PAYE pay every Friday Key Responsibilities: * Complete 1–5 deliveries per day, both locally and nationwide * Transport goods safely and efficiently * Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain delivery records * Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients * Adhere to all safety and operational procedures Candidate Requirements: * Valid UK HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence * CPC qualification and digital tachograph card * No major endorsements (maximum 6 penalty points) * Hi-vis clothing and safety boots * Positive attitude and willingness to assist If you are interested in this position and are able to commit to long term work, hit that apply button now
