We’re looking for a Bidding Manager to lead the development of high-quality tender submissions across major construction, infrastructure and property opportunities. This is a key role at the centre of our work-winning function, helping secure complex and high-value projects. The Opportunity You’ll take ownership of end-to-end bid delivery—working closely with technical, commercial and delivery teams to develop compelling, client-focused submissions. From interpreting tender documentation to shaping winning strategies, you’ll play a critical role in positioning us to win work across frameworks, major projects and strategic programmes. What You’ll Be Doing Leading bids across construction and built environment opportunities Developing win strategies based on client requirements, market insight and technical solutions Facilitating bid workshops with project managers, engineers and commercial teams Managing bid programmes, timelines and stakeholder inputs Writing and editing high-quality technical and commercial content Coordinating internal teams and external supply chain partners Ensuring compliance with procurement requirements and governance processes Supporting interview preparation and presentations Driving continuous improvement in bid quality and performanceAbout You You’re a confident bid professional with experience in construction, infrastructure or property services. You understand how projects are delivered and can translate complex technical solutions into compelling proposals.
