Location: Alcester Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am – 4:45pm Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (starting rate) Role Overview We are seeking a reliable Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Alcester. This hands-on role involves assembling silicone-based products within a production environment, ensuring daily targets and quality standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities * Work towards and achieve daily production targets * Assemble silicone-based products in accordance with manufacturing specifications * Follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards * Maintain a clean and safe working environment * Adhere to all health and safety procedures About You * Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic * Comfortable standing for extended periods * Good manual dexterity and confident working with your hands * Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team * Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
