About the role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and reliable Office Administrator to support their back-office operations. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative, financial, and operational processes behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a small but busy administration team, largely supporting 2 buyers.
Ideally this is a full time position, however, a minimum of 30 hrs per week over 5 days would be considered. Note: Salary will be pro rata to reflect part-time hours.
Office Administrator Benefits and Package:
* 09.30 – 17:15 (30 minute lunch)

Office Administrator Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier communications
* Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
* Handle internal and external correspondence (emails, phone calls, post)
* Support stock control administration and reporting
* Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) in line with company procedures
* Coordinate office supplies and liaise with external service providers
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Office Administrator Required Skills and Attributes:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role desirable
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
* Good numerical skills essential
* Proactive and self-motivated with a flexible approach to working in a small administration team.
* Problem-solving mindset
* Calm under pressure in a busy environment
* Available to start during May/June 2026
