Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Private Sector Housing Team Manager for a Local Authority Client in West London. In this role you will lead the Private Sector Housing team to deliver enforcement, licensing, and housing standards improvements. *Duties: * Lead and manage the Private Sector Housing team, ensuring effective delivery of enforcement and licensing services Oversee investigations, prosecutions, civil penalties, and rent repayment orders Manage team performance, budgets, and service improvement activities Work with councillors, partners, and stakeholders to deliver housing standards and regulatory compliance*Qualifications and Experience: * The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Significant experience in Private Sector Housing within a local authority setting Proven track record of managing housing enforcement, including HMOs and licensing schemes Experience leading teams, including performance management and service delivery improvement Strong knowledge of housing legislation, enforcement powers, and regulatory processesWhat's on offer: Salary: £68,685.00 Contract type: Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week How to apply: Once your CV is received, if you are successful, you will be contacted.
