About the role

Talentmark are looking for a Recruitment Consultant, to join our successful STEM focused organisation, at our Head Office in Chesterfield office. This role would be suited to someone with a background of 1 – 2 years in a 360-recruitment role. Whilst some understanding of the scientific or engineering industry would helpful, we are much more focused on finding the right person - we can coach the rest. Responsibilities: You will be working with established engineering, chemical and materials manufacturers, with your main responsibilities being: Promotion of Talentmark services during dedicated business development time. Development of long-standing key client relationships. Management of the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing. Providing well-briefed and well-matched shortlists to our clients. At Talentmark we are proud to share that we have a dedicated back-office team, who support with all onboarding administration, allowing you to remain customer facing. Salary: £45,000 OTE (Uncapped) year 1 We offer a competitive base salary based on relevant experience.  In addition, we provide an excellent uncapped commission structure where success in both recognised and rewarded.
