About the role
Escape Recruitment is recruiting for an Administrator to join our client, a successful manufacturing company based in Blairgowrie. Due to the location of our clients site, candidates must be able to drive.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous administration or compliance experience who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and supporting quality and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure checks and processes are completed in line with company procedures and work instructions
Carry out document and database audits
Support accurate data recording
Maintain accurate records
Support with customer queries and complaints
Assist with documentation and general administrative dutiesWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience within an administrative environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
A proactive and detail-focused approach
