Electrical Bias M&E Engineer 📍 Static Commercial Office Building – Liverpool 💰 £38,000 + Overtime + Call-Out Opportunities 🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm The Opportunity We’re recruiting for an Electrical Bias M&E Engineer to join the on-site engineering team at a prestigious commercial office building in Liverpool. Key Responsibilities * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the building * Fault-finding and repairing electrical systems including lighting, power, emergency lighting, and distribution boards * Supporting mechanical and HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and motors * Conducting routine plant checks and ensuring building systems operate efficiently * Responding to maintenance requests and supporting site operations * Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and site procedures What We’re Looking For * Electrically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ / equivalent) * Previous experience within commercial building maintenance * Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience on electrical systems * Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of building services * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Good communication and client-facing skills What’s On Offer * £38,000 salary * Monday–Friday working pattern * Static site role * Overtime opportunities * Stable, long-term contract within a professional commercial environment Ideal Backgrounds This position would suit engineers currently working within commercial offices, retail, healthcare, or corporate buildings who are looking for a stable static role with a strong day-shift schedule
