Morgan Hunt are delighted to be partnering with a public sector organisation as they look to welcome a Sourcing Manager to their procurement team on a full time and permanent basis.

Job Description:

• Lead strategic sourcing across multiple spend categories.
• Manage high-value RFx and procurement projects.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Advise stakeholders on suppliers, frameworks and commercial risk.
• Lead supplier negotiations to deliver value and strong contracts.
• Manage supplier performance, due diligence and contractual risk.
• Ensure compliance, sustainability and continuous improvement.

Expereince:

• Public sector procurement experience
• Procurement Act 2023 experience
• CIPS Level 4 desirable not essential
