Plumbing & Heating Engineer 📍 Newcastle & Surrounding Area 💰 Up to £33,000 + Benefits 🕒 Monday to Friday | Full-Time We’re looking for a skilled Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join a well-established team covering sites across the Newcastle area. The Role: You’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of systems, with a strong focus on plant room environments. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing and heating systems * Respond to reactive maintenance issues and complete repairs * Work within plant rooms on boilers, pumps, and associated equipment * Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works * Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures * Complete all relevant documentation accurately and on time What You’ll Need: * Proven experience as a Plumbing & Heating Engineer * Strong plant room experience (essential) * Knowledge of commercial heating systems * Ability to work independently and manage your workload * Good communication and problem-solving skills What’s in it for you? * Salary up to £33,000 * Monday to Friday working pattern (no weekends) * Excellent team culture and supportive management * Stable, long-term opportunity Interested?
