Location: Dudley
Salary: £50,000 - £58,000
Shifts: Monday to Friday - 8 am - 4:30 pm
Commutable from: Worcester, Tewkesbury, Stratford-upon-Avon, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Gloucester

A well-established UK-based heavy engineering manufacturer in Dudley is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join its expanding engineering team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of 4 engineers and 1 apprentice, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
Oversee maintenance activities across production equipment and site services within a heavy manufacturing environment
Coordinate planned maintenance and manage reactive breakdown response to minimise downtime
Provide technical guidance on electrical and mechanical fault finding using drawings and schematics
Support PLC diagnostics and oversee installation, commissioning and modification of machinery and equipmentKnowledge, Skills & Experience:
Proven maintenance engineering experience within heavy engineering or manufacturing environments
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience with PLC fault finding and diagnostics
