About the role
We are currently working with a reputable and well-established care provider operating across North London.
This organisation has a strong presence in the market, backed by two recent “Good” CQC ratings and a predominantly privately funded model. Due to continued growth and planned expansion across 2026–2027, they are now seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple services across the region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced leader with multi-site management experience to join a provider with a strong support network and genuine progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the performance and day-to-day operations of multiple services across North London
Ensure all services are compliant with CQC regulations and maintain high-quality standards
Support, develop, and manage Registered Managers across the region
Drive continuous improvement across services, focusing on quality, compliance, and outcomes
Monitor KPIs, budgets, and overall service performance
Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic growth plans
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, families, and external professionalsRequirements
Proven experience in a multi-site or regional management role within health & social care
Experience across diverse service user groups including elderly, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health, and clinical care needs
Experience supporting and managing multiple Registered Managers
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel daily across Northeast or Northwest London
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Commercial awareness with the ability to drive service performanceWhat’s on Offer
Salary of £60,000 – £70,000 per annum
