Senior Structural Engineer – Future Director Opportunity
I am working with a highly regarded, well-established structural engineering practice that, despite its small size, consistently punches well above its weight. With a team of only a handful of staff, the business has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality work and maintaining long-standing client relationships.
This is a rare opportunity for a driven structural engineer to work directly alongside the two directors in a genuinely flat, collaborative environment - with the chance to play a key role in shaping the future of the business.

The company specialises in projects across the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors, typically ranging from £10m–£15m in construction value. They benefit from a strong pipeline of repeat business and referrals, working closely with Tier 2 contractors and developers. Thanks to their reputation and relationships, they rarely rely on competitive tendering to secure work.

A key strength of the practice is its hands-on, front-end service. Both directors are actively involved in projects and maintain direct client contact, ensuring a consistent, reliable, and high-quality service.
