Your Role * Operate reach forklifts confidently to move, stack, and organise various goods * Load and unload deliveries with precision, ensuring zero damage * Carry out regular equipment checks and maintain compliance with health & safety protocols * Keep your workstation tidy and efficient to support smooth warehouse flow * Work collaboratively to hit team targets and daily KPIs What We’re Looking For * A valid REACH forklift licence * Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution setting (preferred) * High attention to detail and a safety-first mindset * Good team player with the ability to stay motivated independently * Physical fitness to comfortably manage active warehouse tasks What’s In It for You * Competitive pay—starting at £13.10/hr, rising to £13.42/hr after 12 weeks * Plenty of overtime if you’re keen to boost your earnings * A vibrant, inclusive team environment * Stability, progression, and the chance to support a brand recognised worldwide
