Client Relations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Relations Manager to join a leading international professional services firm. This highly visible role will focus on developing and expanding key client relationships, working closely with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and deliver strategic client initiatives.

The Role

You'll play a central role in supporting key account management programmes, driving client development activities and helping to strengthen relationships with some of the firm's most important clients. Working collaboratively across business development, marketing and legal teams, you'll help identify opportunities, increase client engagement and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic client plans.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and pursue client growth opportunities.
• Coordinate client relationship programmes, meetings, events and engagement initiatives.
• Analyse client, market and industry data to uncover business development opportunities.
• Support pitches, proposals, RFPs and other new business activities.
• Prepare impactful client-facing materials and presentations.
• Track client development activity and measure success against objectives.
