Job description: Legal Advisor – OIC Portal Location: Leeds, Manchester or Liverpool Salary: £26,000 – £28,500 Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Ltd are recruiting for a Legal Advisor – OIC Portal to join a growing personal injury team. The Role You will manage a caseload of Fast Track RTA claims via the OIC Portal (claims up to £5,000), handling cases from initial instruction through to settlement. Key Responsibilities * Manage OIC portal claims from start to finish * Negotiate settlements on low-value RTA claims * Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files * Communicate effectively with clients and third parties * Ensure compliance with internal procedures Requirements * Experience handling OIC or Fast Track RTA claims * Strong negotiation skills * Excellent communication and organisational ability * Experience using case management systems What’s on Offer * Competitive entry-level salary * Strong training and development opportunities * Clear pathway into more complex legal roles
