The property is seasonal in nature, with extremely busy summers and a more refined pace through the winter months, requiring a Head Chef who can confidently manage both high-volume periods and consistently high standards across the business.
The successful candidate will oversee multiple food offerings including:
Award-winning tasting menu restaurant

Busy breakfast operation

Afternoon tea service

Lounge and all-day dining

Dedicated steak restaurant

This role would suit a proven Head Chef from a luxury hotel, rosette, or multi-outlet background who is equally strong operationally as they are creatively.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience as Head Chef within high-end hotels or rosette environments

Be commercially aware with excellent food cost and wage management

Have strong menu development and planning ability

Be a confident leader capable of motivating and developing an established brigade

Thrive in busy, seasonal operations

Maintain exceptionally high standards across all areas of the kitchen

Be organised, hands-on and calm under pressure
