Site Supervisor – Infrastructure Projects

Location: Netherton (site-based)

Contract: 6 months initial

Rate: £550–£600 per day (Umbrella)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of infrastructure projects within a site-based environment.

This role will be responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of works, acting as a key point of coordination between contractors and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a consistent on-site presence, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring adherence to site standards
- Monitor contractor performance, carrying out quality checks and site audits, resolving issues where possible and escalating where required
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with design specifications and project requirements
- Track and report on site progress, completing daily/weekly updates on programme, safety, and delivery
- Ensure compliance with planning consents, HSE standards, and project governance requirements
- Support Construction Managers and contribute to project delivery, including attendance at project meetings

Requirements

- xwzovoh Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role within construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
- Experience overseeing contractors and ensuring quality and programme delivery
- Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and escalate issues appropriately
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing site priorities
