About the Role | ARP Teaching Assistant
As an ARP Teaching Assistant, you will:
  • Support students with autism and additional needs in both one-to-one and small group settings
  • Help students access the mainstream curriculum and develop key social and emotional skills
  • Work closely with teachers, SENDCos, and specialist staff to provide a structured and supportive learning environment
  • Play a key role in promoting independence, confidence, and engagement in learning
