Key Duties & Responsibilities * Preparing title reports, identifying residential legal and title issues * Undertaking property due diligence of conveyancing matters * Producing detailed notes addressing title issues, key risk, and lender-specific requirements * Working closely with a team of Property Support Lawyers to support with technical matters * Driving consistency across multiple lanes Previous Skills & Experience * Extensive residential conveyancing experience, with a thorough knowledge of freehold and leasehold title issues * Ability to identify risks early on and be able to communicate clearly to colleagues * Be able to interpret titles, plans, leases, restrictions * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads * High level of attention to detail * Professional, confident, and client-focused communication style * Proactive, motivated, and commercially aware Benefits: * Very competitive salary * Supportive team culture
