Learning Support Assistant

Learning Support Assistant Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and supportive Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils in the Andover area. This long‑term role involves providing additional support to children who may need help with learning, confidence, emotional regulation, or accessing the curriculum. You will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils throughout the school day, offering reassurance, guidance, and tailored assistance where required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping young people overcome barriers to learning and thrive in a structured, supportive environment. This position suits individuals with experience in support roles, care, youth work, SEN, or graduates looking to gain meaningful school‑based experience before moving into teaching, psychology, or related fields.
